Science Girls! December 1, 2010

I picked Jordan and two of her good friends up from school and had them over for a playdate. The girls are into science right now and "making potions". I let them go to town on their potion making while at my house. I covered the table with an old plastic table cloth from a birthday party and gave them their supplies -- food coloring, water, salt, sugar, etc. Basically what I could find stocked in my pantry! The girls had a blast!! The mess was amazing. What was so nice was at the end, I just gathered up the table cloth and threw the whole thing away. Pretty easy clean-up considering the mess. Jordan's grandparents were visiting and I think were in shock at what I let them do; however, the kids absolutely loved it -- it was worth it to me :)
