Jordan's Thanksgiving Performance November 18, 2010

Each grade at Jordan's school each year puts on a special performance sometime during the year. For PreK, Jordan performed at the end of the school year for the PreK Circus. For kindergarten, the special performance is a Thanksgiving Program. Jordan was so excited for the performance that she couldn't sleep the night before. The girls had been rehearsing and practising songs for quite awhile now. Each of them also had a short speech to give during the performance. Jordan did a great job -- no surprise -- and we were so proud of her!

The day before the performance the girls had a Thanksgiving Feast for lunch. I was one of the photographers for the event and was at the school to help set up. While setting up, I saw Jordan walking by after her art class and got the below picture.

Jordan's spot for the Thanksgiving Feast.

On November 18th was their Thanksgiving Performance! Jordan's class all had yellow leotards. Jordan is walking to the performance.

After the performance, the parents were invited to eat pie. There were tables set up for Pumpkin Pie, Chess Pie, Apple Pie, etc. It was so well done and so cute.

During the performance, the girls also performed with musical instruments.

So proud! Jordan did an excellent job!! I know she was proud of herself.

Grandpa thought she did great and love the performance!
