New Decorations On Our Tree

Last night Jordan colored a picture in the kitchen while I was cleaning. She then told me she was making an ornament and, she needed me to punch a hole in the picture. She thought I was the greatest when I took a pencil and put a perfect hole in her paper. She then went to our bathroom and got the dental floss. She put it through the paper and then had me knot it. She then disappeared upstairs. I could hear her talking to CHH. I then heard him say that before hanging it on the tree, she better ask Mommy. I yelled up that of course, she could do so. It was their tree. I later came up and saw Jordan's ornament hanging on our tree. I love it!
While glancing at her colored page ornament, I started looking closer at the tree. I discovered...

One of Jordan's play teapots hung on a branch of the tree. I then discovered...

One of Jordan's kettles hung on the tree. I also found a pencil, a Christmas straw, and of course...
Jordan's pink glowy star wand stuck in the tree. Too cute!! I love that she decorated.

Yesterday in the mail, I received the "Year Without A Santa Claus" plastic figurines. I had purchased something from a catalog for a family member for Christmas and saw these figurines. I loved this movie growing up and love that Jordan watches it now. On a whim, I bought these figurines and was so glad I did. Jordan enjoyed taking them out of the box last night and "decorating" with them on our shelf in our entryway. She arranged all of them and it was fun to listen to her talk about doing so. She had a great time.
