Jordan began her new gymnastics class tonight and loved it.
She wore her new purple leotard that she bought special for gymnastics.

They did everything in this class from floor, to bars, to beam, the trampoline and last but not least the vault. She had a blast.Before the class, the parents all met for dinner at a Chinese restaurant. No more Purple Cow - I'm kind of sad about that! Katelyn thought she was such a big girl sitting in a chair eating her Aunt Jill's Lo Mein noodles. She is so funny. I will give her Top Ramen soup at home sometimes and we call it Noodle Soup. Tonight when she wanted more Lo Mein, she kept saying "more soup". Of course she dumped a whole glass of water on my friend, Jolie's, lap. It was an accident and Jolie was great about it -- just cold :)
After gymnastics, a few of the girls wanted to go to McDonald's so of course Jordan could not be left out. We went for a little bit and the fun continued with her friends. It is nice to see her so happy and having a great time.
I got home and saw the news about the US Airways plane crashing in the Hudson River today. How amazing and what great news that everyone survived. Thank God. I love how they are calling it a "Miracle on the Hudson". Great story and great happy ending!
