We had a blast!! I will upload some pictures and write more about our trip some time this week. I'm tired and know I have a stressful work week ahead of me so I'm off to bed. What I do want to say is:I MISSED KATELYN SO VERY MUCH!!
It was so hard when I would call and talk to her. Her sweet little voice would stab my heart. I had big tears in my eyes one time when I got off the phone with her. Everything we did, I kept saying I knew how much Katelyn would have enjoyed it. Next time we go visit, hopefully she will be big enough to go as well. Mommy sure did not like being away from her baby girl!! Because of this, she got lots of presents when we got home tonight :)
I missed CHH big time too! I kept thinking of things he and I enjoy doing together while on vacation. I love my family and am so blessed.
My sister, Kara! Story:My cell phone rings this morning. I look and see "Kara the Great" on my phone (Kara changed my phone to say this one time when she was visiting).
Me: Hello!
Kara: What's up?
Me: Nothing. I'm in Philadelphia with Jordan. We are visiting Jolie and Ali.
Kara: Oh, I forgot about that. Are you having fun?
Me: Yes. What's going on? (knowing Kara doesn't call early Sunday morning for no reason)
Kara: I need a favor. I can't get ahold of Jill. I have called her all morning and she won't pick up her phone.
Me: Yeah, she is probably sleeping. She does this Sunday mornings...likes to sleep in if she can.
Kara: Well, I need you to sign in online and look up my bank account.
Me: Ok, why? (Jolie -- may I use your computer?)
Kara: Well I left my credit card some place last night and have no idea where. I want to see if you can tell me the last place I was at!! I don't remember :)
Me: (Being the great big sister and not giving her any grief) Ok I'm logged in. You still have money in your account.
Kara: Yeah! Wait, you can log into my account? That's not fair you know.
Me: Kara, now that you are on your own I have no need to log into your account any more to check to see if you need money so I don't.
Kara: Oh. Great. Anyhow where was I? I can't believe I don't remember.
Me: The Chuggin Monkey (big huge grin!!!)
I just thought that was so funny. I guess Kara had a great time last night. I hope she found her credit card. My baby sister! :)
