My nephew, Zack, was in Ft. Worth last week, all week, for zoo camp at the Ft. Worth Zoo. After the week at zoo camp, I picked him up Friday night to have him for the weekend before flying back to Lubbock where he lives.After picking him up Friday night, we ordered his favorite cheese stuffed crust pizza for him and had a nice dinner catching up. Grandpa then took his grandkids to Toys R Us to get them something plus to get something for Jake, Zack's brother, who was at home in Lubbock.
Grandpa let each grandchild pick something out at the toy store. The kids loved it. When we were walking out to the car after purchasing the toys, my Dad commented to me that he would never have believed what Katelyn had picked unless he had been there. Katelyn picked Lego's and a shark! She loves sharks and alligators right now. When she watches Little Mermaid, she always wants to see the shark chasing Princess Ariel and Flounder. I'm not concerned yet...

Saturday morning, Zack went with CHH to get doughnuts. Afterwards Zack and Grandpa went to swimming lessons to watch Jordan. Jordan was so excited they were there. She pointed them out to her teacher a couple of times.

After swimming lessons, it was off to the Studio Movie Grill to see the new Disney movie, G-Force. Zack loves going to the Studio Movie Grill when he visits Dallas because he likes to eat while watching the movie. We always try to go when he is in town.Katelyn was at home taking a nap. She is still on the little side with regard to attending movies yet.

After the movies, I took Zack and Jordan to the creek by our house. This is another favorite thing Zack likes to do when he visits us. He loves to look for turtles. Jordan was so cute running after him and looking for turtles with him.
In the middle of this photo, you can see the turtle underwater. This is the biggest turtle I have seen at the creek so far.

After the creek, we went to the bookstore. First we stopped at Starbucks in Barnes & Noble to get something to drink since we were so thirsty from being outside in the 100 degree weather.
