Jordan is taking swimming lessons again with two of her dearest friends. She loves it and is doing quite well! The friends have a great time during the lessons and then love to go to McDonalds afterwards for a snack and to play at the indoor play area.
Jordan also started something this summer with regard to chocolate shakes. She discovered chocolate shakes at McDonalds. We really don't eat fast food and my kids fortunately have not gotten into the whole going to McDonalds thing yet. With that said though, Jordan did become aware of chocolate shakes this summer because we wanted one. What she started this summer was to tell her Daddy that she was really hot and needed a chocolate shake to cool down. She is so cute and funny when she says it. She always follows her request with the sweetest "PPPPlllllleeassee Daddy"! Of course she gets one. Well this past weekend after shopping at Costco, we returned to the car and it was really hot inside. Jordan immediately asked for her chocolate shake to cool down with the "Please Daddy"! We stopped on the way home to get her the kid's size chocolate shake and of course we have to do the same thing for Katelyn. Just wait until Katelyn is able to request things! Anyhow the car was so quiet with both of them drinking their shakes -- not a sound from these girls. It was quite comical and I had to take pictures of them with their shakes with my camera phone.
