School Birthday Celebration

Jordan got to wear a special outfit to school today instead of her normal uniform. When you celebrate your birthday, you have a free dress day.

CHH and I went to her school for her birthday celebration. Here Jordan is with her class coming in from outside to go to her classroom.

Once in the classroom, Jordan got to wear this flowered wreath on her head. She was so happy.

For her birthday celebration, Ms. Dickmann, her teacher, would show a picture of Jordan for every year of her life. When she showed the picture, Jordan would take the Earth she held and would walk around the lit candle on the table - a full circle. This would represent one year of her life.

Everyone singing Happy Birthday to Jordan.

My sweet girl!

Jordan got to pick the snack for the class today. Yes, she picked her favorite cookies, Oreos.

Tuesday night, Jordan had a soccer game. Grandpa and I took Katelyn to McDonald's to do something special with her. We knew she would love the indoor playground. Katelyn eating dinner with her Grandpa.

Katelyn had a blast playing here. She would crawl through the tunnels, go down the slides, and run back and forth to our table to check on us.
