Look at this beautiful 4 year old face! My baby's last day of being 4 years old. I love her so much!!
Today we took Jordan to go see her first musical, "Mary Poppins". I thought it would be a nice surprise for her birthday. It is one of the Dallas Summer Musicals. Because of the State Fair going on, we went early. I did not plan on going to the State Fair but it was fun to walk around a bit and enjoy the fair. Jordan loved it!

My brown-eyed girl!

We arrived at the Fair and it was hot. The above picture is Jordan with her Daddy purchasing some Dippin Dots Ice Cream. She wanted the pink dots of course!

Grandpa and Jordan at the State Fair of Texas!

Dad getting ready to eat the Fried Butter! We were at the Fair and had to try the talked-about food for this year. The Fried Butter (Big Tex's Choice) was actually really yummy. I loved it. It tasted like a warm buttery doughnut to me. Dad and I also tried a Fried S' More. It was good but not as good as the Fried Butter :)

Jordan in the Art & Collectibles tent. She is holding her bag of sour gummy worms she wanted.

Mommy, Grandpa and Jordan at the car show. Dodge took these free pictures.

Jordan with her Mommy and Daddy getting ready to go see "Mary Poppins". It was nice to do something special like this to help celebrate her birthday. I got the tickets months ago and was excited to finally be able to take her to see the show.

Jordan sitting in her seat for the show. She loved it. She did really well for most of the show and it was long! The lady who played "Mary Poppins" was awesome and sang so well. The set for the show was incredible and changed all the time. It was really good.
The one downer was Mary Poppins did not wear her classic white ruffled dress with the red sash like the movie. Jordan asked me throughout the show when she was going to wear her dress. Jordan loves that dress. You should have seen me praying at the end of the show that Mary Poppins would come out in that dress but she never did. It was funny how disappointed Jordan was about that but Jordan loves dress-up and loves dresses so I should have known. Drat Mary Poppins for not wearing that dress and disappointing my girl!
We did have a good time though and as stated the show was great.

After "Mary Poppins", we rushed home so I could take Katelyn to a classmate's birthday party. It was the cutest party. The girls all got to dress up in Minnie Mouse costumes which they loved. The boys only lasted a little while in the Mickey Mouse outfits though.

Katelyn in her Minnie outfit at the party. The funny thing is this is the same outfit she is going to wear for Halloween. I already purchased her costume. I knew she would look adorable.

Katelyn with her classmates at the party. It is so neat to see these little ones growing up. I remember many of them in the infant room at her school.

I had to take one more picture of Jordan tonight since it is her last day of being 4 years old. She was sound asleep. Yes, Mommy is super sentimental. I'm blessed though!
