Jordan's school had a Mother's Day Picnic for the Moms and their daughters. Here Jordan is with our picnic basket leaving for school. Jordan cracked me up. We packed the basket the night before with grapes, strawberries, brownies, and chips. I told her we would make the sandwiches in the morning so they would be fresh. When going to the bed, Jordan suddenly says to me "Mommy I don't like sandwiches. I want a chicken soft taco from Taco Bell." No sandwiches in our basket on this morning!

Jordan setting up our picnic lunch on our blanket at her school. Yes, I drove through Taco Bell for her chicken soft taco for her to have at lunch :)

Enjoying the picnic with her friends.

Afterwards we went to Jordan's classroom. The above picture is one she made for me where she puts her face in the heart cut-out.

The girls put on the cutest performance for the Moms. At one point, the teacher would list out about three facts and one of the girls would say those facts pertained to her Mom. The girls would shout "that's my Mom" and then run and hug their Moms. It was fun and it was interesting to hear the various facts about the Moms.

Jordan drew a picture of me and wrote a letter about me.

Jordan loves to write books. She is showing me her latest book she is working on in her class.

Jordan and one of her dear friends.

A gift for Mommy.

Jordan and some of her friends leaving for the day. Jordan went with the group to go play. I returned to work. Our family has been so blessed with other Moms always willing to take and include Jordan in the activities since
CHH and I both work. I do get sad though seeing them walk off. I am happy though that Jordan is still able to participate.

That night, Katelyn was parading around wearing the above at home. She was so funny walking around telling me how pretty she looked.
