Sunday, Jordan and Katelyn went to see the Beauty and the Beast Musical. Our family joined about 8 other families from Jordan's school. The girls had a great time. Afterwards, several of the girls ran through a fountain outside of the theater and had a great time doing so. It was so hot outside so this was definitely refreshing to them.
Friday before leaving for Hyatt Lost Pines, Jordan had a performance at her current camp, Dallas Children's Theater. She chose to be Elphaba from Wicked for the "Fairy Tale" performance and she did an excellent job. Two of the Moms told me she was quite a little performer. Jordan loves stuff likes this. She really was cute up on stage delivering her lines.
After the performance, we head to Hyatt Lost Pines with two other families for the weekend. As always, we had a great time -- swimming, smores, movies on the lawn, etc.
Aunt Kara came for a visit while there and spent time with the girls. It was cute because all the kids were calling her Aunt Kara!
