When in Colorado, we were thrilled to get to see our extended family as well. My Uncle has a house there and lives there half the year. I texted messaged him and told him we were at the Malt Shoppe. They showed up! Here Jordan is with her Uncle Hal (my Dad's brother) when they arrived at the Malt Shoppe.

Jordan and one of the famous banana splits she insisted on getting and of course could not finish! It was so big and so cheap.

I took these photos with my IPhone so they are a bit fuzzy at times! The girls with their Great-Uncle Hal and Great-Aunt Nancy!

After the malt shoppe, we went to my Aunt and Uncle's house for a bit. My cousin, Janice, her husband, Troy, and their boys, Ethan and Luke were in town as well. It was a real treat to get to see them outside of Arizona and to visit with them. The girls were thrilled to see their boy cousins again. It's funny -- when we got back home and were sitting at the dinner table, Katelyn included all of them in her dinner prayer listing their names out individually -- it was so cute and seeing them obviously had been important to her.
When we left their house and headed back to our friend's Colorado home after visiting, Jordan commented that it had been a great day because she spent time with her friends and her family! Jordan is all about family and I love it.
